The first event of the season 2008/2009, the 100m ind. medley of region Haaglanden. The start of the season was for me this time at the Maesemunde pool at 's-Gravenzande, allways nice those 'home' events. The past few weeks were pretty heavy, lot's of practices with the new Maxx Swim Academy and of course back to school. The expectations weren't so high for this event.
25m breaststroke, a little bit too short...
The back stroke felt good.
